[trunk] incorrect horizontal scroll bar behavior

Bug Description

Take a database with a few product defined. Go to "Sales->Products->Products" on a screen which is sufficiently wide to show all the information without having a horizontal scroll bar.
Now switch to the form view and you will get a horizontal scroll bar even though the information should fit on the screen.
Try to make the screen wider, you will see that the scroll bar remains.
See the attached images for examples.

A similar behavior can be obtained in other menu locations.

All versions are up to date.
