etiny: action doesn't open in a new windows

in eTiny, an action with <field name="target">new</field> doesn't open in a new window

With eTiny 1.0.1.1, I can't add a new contact to a partner.

1) <field name="target">new</field> is not supported in eTIny
2) With eTiny 1.0.1.1, I can't add a new contact to a partner. (fixed in 1.0.2)

I tested eTiny 1.0.2.
Now I can add a contact to a partner. Thx

BUT now I can't go to an other partner contact in editing view.
When I click on <button onclick="submit_form('next','address')" title="Next record...">, I see
UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xc3 in position 30: ordinal not in range (128)
Please fix...

There is no such problem on my side. I have also tried with some French/Spanish words with accents (which is the most common cause of such errors).
