koo does not display a column of a view

r 1395 one field was not displayed in tree view

had to delete view entries for all users in nan_koo_view_settings to fix this.

IIRC I changed the number / names of columns of a view which had a non matching entry in nan_koo_view_settings.
sorry can't remember any more details
