stock location structure - exports incomplete data - not WYSIWYG

we have set up a warehouse with a stock location and sublocation (type internal) as well stock locations at the client which are not to be included in the products list
but the stock in the warehouse + stocks at customer location are property of the company so we created the structure
(all locations type internal)

* internal (warehouse - shown in the product list)

* external
** customer 1
** customer 2
....
opening products from property level displays total qty and value, but export takes only warehouse
