make all checks before "create new record"

Bug Description
currently it is possible to create many new (empty) resources in o2m widgets without (completely) checking the current resource
so if there is an error on save it's propably not in the current record and hence no red fields.
IMHO it hsould only be possible to leave (save or new) a resource if the resource is valid to achieve a userfriendly behaviour

may be you could upgrade this from wish to bug -
Example - bank statements tree view - a missing field in ONE row causes ALL rows to be marked red on "computation of balance" - confuses users
