Bug Description
Wish: Add the possibility to drag a document from the filemanager and drop it for example on a project in list view. Then the attachment tab opens with already inserted values for dropped file. The only thing left is to give it a name and click on save. Voila! :)
I'm not sure if it's technically possible!?

ot at least allow D&D a file name into the "File Content" field (instead of opening the file picker to select or drop it there)
