strip trailing (and leading ?) blanks

Bug Description
during copy/paste very frequently additional blanks are copied and - as these are not visible - stored in the db
especially for search actions this might lead to incomplete results (if not using like)
it also allows to circumvent unique constraints - which mostly is not good
especially it is not possible in m2o search to distinguish the difference well
BTW ORACLE does not store trailing blanks in varchar fields.
