Bug Description

GTK allows decimal entry 0.5 for 00:30 and 1 for 01:00
koo is too strict for fast dataentry

It's not strict in this case. It simply behaves differently and allows writting 14.30 instead of 14:30.

By the way since some time ago it allows operations such as 13-11:30 (which will return 1:30).

unfortunately it does not allow 15,30 (comma) what is generated here using the German numeric keypad.
