Field Journal in readonly when manually encoding a journal item

Bug Description
On the 6.1, when I try to manually create a Journal item, I can fill several fields but the field journal is in readonly. The problem is that this field is a mandatory field so we can't save our item. it is the case even if I am logged as admin with all the access right.

I do not think that this bug is a duplicate of the bug #944079. I do not face any error as described in the other bug. I only have the little error described in the attachment.
