Bug Description
While configuring a new demo database with the luxembourg accounting chart.
Cannot end the wizard and obtain the accounting chart.
Create a new database
Install the sale module
Select Luxembourg Accounting chart and apply
Apply the next wizard stage
Tax Name must be unique per company!
After correcting the dupplicate name another error is
Configuration Error!
You can not select an account type with a deferral method different of "Unreconciled" for accounts with internal type "Payable/
