Bug Description

OpenERP fails to validate this valid UK VAT number: GB 003232247

Enter it into http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/lang.do?fromWhichPage=vieshome&selectedLanguage=EN to confirm that it is correct.

Perhaps it's because of the leading zeros?

This issue is only reproducible in satble 6 version not in trunk , So I am confirming this issue to OPW.

Rubens Real says the problem has now been fixed on his end, though I'm not sure that it was a fix rather than a work-around.
