Bug Description
1) I install "account_followup" module (Without other module depends of "account")
2) I open menu "Accounting/Journal Entries/Journal Items", and I don't see fields "followup_date" and "followup_line_id", in tree view.
3) I expected see new fields "followup_date" and "followup_line_id", in tree view.
4) Ubuntu 10 Desktop 64 bits
