Bug Description
default settings for opening helpdesk also shows closed cases - IMHO not very useful
IMHO especially for small companies the default should be
"unclosed" or
"unclosed last 7 days"
remarks
* today is problematic because especially on Mondays the user would miss incoming requests of the weekend, same is true for incoming request of the past day after the leave of the user.
* the attached module adds buttons for
** Draft
** Open
** Unclosed
** Due during next 7 days - for preparing work
before I continue developping these features in a module I'd like to ask if OpenERP is interested in incorporating these into the main.
