[V6.RC1] When assigning human resources to a project phase there should be an option to create a corresponding task

Wishlist?:

Steps to recreate:

1) Install project module with long term planning option
2) Create a human resource - Projects-=>Configuration=>Resources
3) Create a project with a couple of phases
4) Assign a human resources to the phase

Observed result:
No corresponsing tasks are created against the project phase.

Expected result:
If a human resource is being assigned to a phase then it is reasonable to expect there to be a corresponding task created to match the resource allocation (from/to dates should match). At a bare minimum the option should be given when assigning the resource to create the corresponding task.

Ubuntu 10.4 LTS
