Bug Description
when creating the company in the first wizard (step 'configure your company'), you can change the country you are in but State are only the American ones.
States should be accordingly to the country you select.

Thank you for your suggestion! However this is unfortunately out of the scope of the current OpenERP release, so we cannot implement it.If you want to export the large amount of data such as the all states of world according to their countries, It will be possible using the csv file.
