function fields for postal_address

IMHO a functional field for postal address would reduce coding in reports a lot

partner title , partner name
Street
Zip , City
Country

this patch adds the possibility to define the zip position per country and composes an address label ready to print. this will avoid a lot of coding in reports

I created a backlog in our R&D for v6.1, I close this bug as it will not be processed by bug teams.

Please consider that in some contries (Austria, ...) the window is on the left side
so this should be a paramter setting of the company
