Bug Description
As it stands, the VAT calculation adds Input VAT to Output VAT, resulting in an incorrect value for "Balance to Pay" which should of course be the result of _subtracting_ the Input VAT from the Output VAT.
I believe that this end can be achieved by applying the attached trivial patch to this file:
