I have two question in context of your last post:

1. Where do you want to set up help of translations?
2. You mean to say that when Administration/Translations/Applications Terms/All terms , when user update Transalation value then it should be modify on bzr or launchpad ?

can u please clear this points?

And for the German - modules base and dm still contain strings from other modules. => We will try to separate modules (base, dm, etc..) from server and trunk-extra-addons to its tranalastion branch...
