chain location does not work

Hello,

I try to configure a new chain location, but it does not work.

The idea was to say tha when I receive the product from the supplier it go into "Arriving" and then to "Quality control".

On the "Arriving" location, I put :
Chained location type : fixed
Chained location if fixed : "Quality control"
Automatic move : Manual operation (but all type does not work)

=> when I go the packing list hat my PO has generate, I confirme it, but no other moves are created....

I I put the chained location type to "client" => the move are created correctly.

My experience is that it concerns moves from Supplier only. To Customer and in Internal moves it works.

The issue comes from the way the picking order is created in purchase/purchase.py. Changing in purchase/purchase.py on line 403 the status from 'assigned' to 'draft' improves the situation: at least the picking orders are created as they should, but validating the incoming order requires you to force the stock availability

this patch solved the problem with incoming goods from a purchase
order. I tested this successfull with all three options

- manual operation
- automatic move
- automatic move no further steps

in combination with the setting "fixed location" in field "chained location type" i was able to test new moole.

I am not sure about the dependency with stock_location module, if you have
for example another (second) step of movement for a product see attachment) on separated
products floor shouldn't i get another additional movement automatically, with my settings.
Anyway more important seems chaining of locations on level of the
stock locations.
