crm cases: inconsistency between phone calls and default views

Bug Description
When a create a phone calls, set some description, and try to open the case with default views the preceding description doesn't appear anywhere.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a phone calls
=> CRM & SRM > Phone Calls > Inbound > New Incoming Call
=> Fill the field under the "Description" separator
2. Open the case with the default view
=> CRM & SRM > Reporting > All Cases > All Cases
=> Go to the form view.
Phone calls view is using field "note" for description, not the "description" one.
And default view doesn't contain "note" field.
It is perturbing for the user, because if you're using the CRM Dashboard, you will see phone calls cases, but you won't be able to see the call description (as from the dashboard, it's using the default view).
This is not a bug please create blueprint.
