User preferences - field not translatable

Everything is translated, but the bold "User preferences" header

IMHO this string does not exists ???!!!

Language change of certain strings only work after restart of the openerp-client - logout+ login is not enough

so pls either fix or put a message telling this.

BTW - I am surprised to see this string as part of openerp-client and not of a module

here comes a patch - explaining to restart openerp client after changing the language

I can't accept this patch because if the user changes the preferences with eTiny or Koo, we can't show "restart your client :|"

can we add "Please restart OpenERP-client after changing the language" to "User Preferences " in bin/po/openerp-client.pot ?

No restart is necessary, juste close the menu tab and re-open it with the menu button on toolbar
