[7.0] list accessible from "Search More..." option is limited to 160 records

Bug Description
Tested on runbot with these revision:
(Build 34109)
server (5294)
addons (10038)
web (4184)
See video attached.
In the video I've showed that there are around 900 accounts but when creating an invoice line and want to look for all available accounts you are presented a list of only 160 records. This limit is dropped when you click the x next to a search box. I believe this bug is not related with invoice/accounts, but will all lists opened from many2one widget.

the solution is simple you just need to click "x" icon on the filter box then your list of data will be there
i think OE made it like that so when the first time we load the data it will be faster
