[7.0] When a DO 1 reserve stock but we force availibity of that stock for another DO 2, availability of DO 1 is not updated

Bug Description
I have checked availability for a deliver order (no 1). Meanwhile, I forced availibility for another deliver order (no 2) and finalize it that brings to have no more stock enough to satisfy DO 1.
In the DO 1, products are still available even if there are not anymore.
I would expect that in DO 1, products became "waiting availibility".
