[7.0] return product (from customer or to supplier) should affect stock account and no payable account

Bug Description

When a customer returns a product, it is seen as a purchase, as it affects payable account (actually, the account attached to stock in).
The return should affect the cost of sold products. Instead we observe that it has the same accounting item as a purchase.
It seems to not be the right funcional result.
