[7.0] Cannot remove product description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a product with a description.
2. Edit it.
3. Remove its description.
4. Save it.

And the description remains there!

As per your described scenario , there no issue with product description.
product description does not remains after remove it.

It happens when another language than en_US is used as user's language.

I have checked this scenario in the case, when another language than en_US is used as user's language
and the result is that product description remains after remove it. (please check video for this)
