[Trunk/7.0]Infinite loop in procurement run by scheduler

Product-A:
 - Product Type: Stockable Product
 - Procurement Method: Make to Stock
 - Supply method : Produce

Product-B:
 - Product Type: Stockable Product
 - Procurement Method: Make to Order
 - Supply method : Produce

Product-C:
 - Product Type: Stockable Product
 - Procurement Method: Make to Order
 - Supply method : Buy
 - Create a new supplier and add it to the suppliers tab

BOM-Product-A:
  - BoM Type: Normal
  - Add component "Product-B" with quantity of 1.0 (component type normal)

BOM-Product-B:
  - BoM Type: Sets / Phantom
  - Add component "Product-C" with quantity of 1.0

Create a sale order for Product-A. Run scheduler. There is a MO will be create.
The product of consume:
 -Product-B (not explode)

You will found the procurement order of Product-B state is confirmed. And never change again. And the scheduler will not stop
