Bug Description
OpenERP has the ability to generate POs in two different ways, when a product is make to stock (MTS) the system works to keep somewhere between the min and the max order points on the shelf. When a product is Make to Order (MTO) the system generates PO specifically for that line item on the sales order.
OpenERP also has the functionality to allow a sales line item to be switched from MTS to MTO before the sales order is generated. If the MTO PO is left in a draft status (while negotiating price with a vendor) and the scheduler is run, the OpenERP will cut both an MTO and MTS PO for the same line item potentially inflating the amount of inventory purchased.
We are on OpenERP 7.
