crm, phonecalls: call duration wrongly calculated

Bug Description

Hi,
in v7 call duration is calculated (at the time when the call is set as managed) even when call date is in the past. Call duration should therefore also consider date, not just time.
Call duration should also be started by a specific "start call" button, otherwise duration - today- is wrong as it's calculated from the time when the call is logged to the time the call is set as handled (start time doesn't which doesn't necessarily mean it's the same moment when the call is logged/scheduled !).
