[7.0] payment order amount invisible unless multi currency is enabled

Bug Description

Hello,

In payment orders lines, the amount is not visible unless the multi-currency features are enabled.
This applies to 7.0.

How to reproduce:
- install 7.0 with no demo data
- install Accounting and Finance app
- in Settings > Configuration > Accounting, enable Payment Orders
- create a payment order and a payment order line: the amount field is not visible nor in the tree nor in the line details
- in Settings > Configuration > Accounting, enable multi currency
- open the payment order: the amount becomes visible

Expected behaviour: the amount should be visible without enabling multi-currency.

Hello,

With the linked branch, it still impossible to enter a payment order line manually since the amount remains invisible in the form unless the user is the multi-currency group.
