[7.0] mrp: bug when splitting products to consume in production lots

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
* connect to runbot on a v7 instance
* create a Manufacturing Order for 1 [PCSC349] PC Assemble SC349
* Confirm the Production
* Use the "Split in production numbers" button on the [RAM-SR3] RAM SR3 line, and create 2 production lots called SN001 and SN002 for that product
* click on the "Produce" button of the Manufacturing Order and in the wizard select "Consume and Produce" mode
Expected behavior:
* All the Products in the "Products to consume" lists are consumed are moved to the "consumed products" list
* The manufacturing order is in state "Done"
Actual behavior:
* only one "RAM-SR3" unit is consumed, and the other one is left in the "Products to consume" list
* the Manufacturing order is in state "Production started".
- If I click on "Produce" again, I get an error saying "You are going to consume total 3.0 quantities of "[RAM-SR3] RAM SR3". But you can only consume up to total 1.0 quantities. " which is incorrect, and I cannot move forward.
- It is necessary to click on the green arrow on the remaining line first and then to click on "Produce" to consume the line.
