account.vat.declaration report prints all parent tax codes

Bug Description

When printing the report 'report.account.vat.declaration' any selection from the wizard is ignored, it will always print any top level (where parent_id = False) tax code that it can read. In certain scenarios it's possible for one company to have multiple top level tax codes.

Even when choosing one of the parent codes it will still print all the parent codes.

It's a simple fix on http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~openerp/openobject-addons/7.0/view/head:/account/report/account_tax_report.rml#L153

The call here is missing the argument 'parent'. Please see attached patch for proposed fix.

I have diagnosed and fixed this issue in 7.0 but have not checked any other versions.
