Bug Description
When creating a custom board (ir.ui.view.custom) and adding it to an existing board view, all custom data is lost after a module upgrade.
ex:
- Go to [Reporting] and [Sales] then [Sale analysis]
- In the Smart search bar, create on [Add to dashboard] and Select [Reporting/
- Now repeat the action an create the same board but with different destination
- In the Smart search bar, create on [Add to dashboard] and Select [Reporting/
- Go to these dashboard via [Reporting] to check that "MYBOARD A" and "MYBOARD B" exists
- Now go to [Settings] and [Modules] then [Installed Modules]
- Click on "Sales Management" module and press "Upgrade" button
... wait for update
- Now re-check dashboards.
Results:
- "MYBOARD A" has been deleted
- "MYBOARD B" is still there
solution:
Add noupdate="1" to data ?
