V 7.0 Module-Project
-noupdate flag is not set in file project_data.xml and all custom changes in task stages are updated when module is updated.
I think this is a bug. Since noupdate flag is set to false by default it should be set to true in all module records that are not essentials. Generally in some modules data the flag is set to true in some not, without any standard logic. It make us a lot of confusion and frustration.
