[7.0]account_followup country not translated

1) take assustek, change language to dutch/flemmish - change country to Belgium
2) create an invoice which is overdue
3) print a followup
4) Look to the country name it is Belgium where it should be in flemmish (dutch) België (it's translated in the translation files, I've checked it).

Extra functional remark : you should not print the country name when the country of the partner is the same as the country of the company !

It's strange if you send a letter from a Belgium company to another Belgium company and then put Belgium in the address. To be proactive ... I don't think this is new functionality :-)
