Bug Description
Hello,
With latest version 7.0 , Go to Human Resource -> Configuration -> Payroll -> Salary Rule Categories ,
Either select any of them or create new ,
Form view of it not proper , and also in form , use of Notes and Description are same , so only one of them label should be there.
