Bug Description
Steps to reproduce
1. Go on runbot db_all
2. Create (or change an existing) leave request so that it's not a round number. ex: Take 2.5 days leave.
3. Approve it
4. Go in Reporting > HR > Reports > Leave by dept
5. You'll see in the total that the amount is rounded to the above unit
6. You won't see a box being half-full but a full box which is also incorrect.
