date format missing month and day error in output OpenERP you always %-.%-.2013

In case of using translation in OpenERP 7.0 (czech,german,english UK) the date format all around the OpenERP ouptut contain the mark %-.%-.2013.
Propably the wrong definition of the dateformat for output. I don§t know where I am defined the proper date format.
In case of using default English the date format show proper 03/16/2013 and it looks like that data of date are proper stored in OpenERP.
Please could you give me a hint how this could be solved.

Solution is found voala.
It is important to set a Technical setting which is related to the user setting. Could be found at Setting - User - Technical setting "check"
Then is allowed under Setting - Languages - Czech or other languages possibility of setting a date format. In me case there was a date format %-d.%-m.%Y the proper setting is %d.%m.%Y

Why you closed this? This is a still valid issue, just set czech language for a user, and u will see the date format is wrong!
