Bug Description
Hello,
Tested with latest code.
Install "Recurring Documents" Application (subscription module)
Go to Tools > Recurring Event > Subscriptions:
Create a new record in Subscription Data tab at the end Notes available
In Form view there is one more tab named "Notes" also have Note field.
Expected:
Need only one note field at Subscription Data tab, Notes filed.
