[7.0] Invoice "Print" and "Send by E-Mail" button missing when in state Pro-Forma

Accounting -> Invoices:

The buttons "Send by E-Mail" and "Print" should be also visible if the invoice is in the Pro-Forma State not only in attrs="{'invisible':['|',('sent','=',True), ('state', '!=', 'open')]}"

Probably it should be also possible to send an invoice even in the draft state to the client for reviewing purposes - it is marked as draft anyway. - what do you think?

I have checked your bug report, But this is not a bug but rather than it's your suggestion to add this features for reviewing purposes. so we can consider this is as your suggestion and considering it as a "Wishlist".

What other use can a proforma invoice have as to send it to the customer for reviewing purposes? Why is there a Pro-Forma state at all then?

Please inform me why we don't want to send a Pro-Forma Invoice to the customer!
