[strange] Purchase order line without product gives an error

Bug Description
Reproducing the steps:
1. Go on runbot, select empty instance
2. Install Sales & Purchase
3. Create a PO with a line that doesn't have a product
4. First bug: you can't create another line and an error about the unit of measure is shown while you cannot modify that parameter.
5. Second bug: if you leave (discard) and want to create a new PO, the old one you discarded will appear instead of having an empty slate
(screen added)

Hello Antoine,
I have checked your scenario, your Issue are affected to addons as well as web-client also.
Let's see one by one...
Issue#1 : Yes, I have faced the same problem when create line with out products. So as per my opinion, we should Improve this error message. Thats why I am assign to addons team with low Importance.
Issue#2(Web): After discard the PO, create a new PO. At that time discarded record will appear instead of new record. because old data is not flush out. so it's web-client side problem. That's why I am assign to the web team with Medium Importance.
