Hi Ravi,
I think I'm doing something wrong:

   1. I have downloaded the point_of_sale.py from the rev 8792
   2. Restarted the Openerp server
   3. Create a new session in POS
   4. Making 3 orders
   5. Refund the second order
   6. Try to close the session, and I have the same error

The log says:
