Bug Description
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new database with demo data in it
2. install modules 'Warehouse Management' and 'Sales Management'
3. Go to Warehouse/Delivery Orders and click on OUT/00001. This order specifies SO005 as source document but 'Additional Info' tab doesn't have Sale Order field
