[7.0] add get_name() method to project to be more precise in different search box

Bug Description
In company life you alway have project that have same name but for different partner:
- Website design
- Support 2013
- OpenERP deployment
- etc.
I think a default get_name() method that concat partner name is a good choice to easy find the correct project when creating a task, issue, etc ..
