[Sales] Traceback when clicking on a link of a specific contract in Fixed Price

Bug Description
1. Go to the runbot and login with admin
2. Go to Sales => Sales => Contracts
3. Open Research and Development contract
4. Click on the "Sales Orders" link in fixed price line => traceback

This happens because no customer has been selected. If you select one, blue text appears.
I think the text should be visible even with no customer, and you should be allowed to create a SO with no customer selected in the contract. In the SO form, you would define a customer, and the customer field in the contract would be changed via onchange.
