[7.0] on quotation, purchase order product should be filtered by suppliers

version: OpenERP 7.0 runbot
To reproduce:

- Create new purchase quotation or purchase order
- Select a supplier
- add a line, all products are available

I think products should be filtered by suppliers.

If product isn't in OpenERP database, buyer should use description field to fill his quotation and add the new product at command validation time.

Hello Nicolas,

Disagree, We have provided a generic functionality on official addons. So we could not put this kind of restriction into this.

Because first of all this is the purchase order which orders comes to the suppliers, So in real time we can't create it out supplier will send an created order. second thing there may be possibility some time we can purchase a product suddenly to anyone supplier which are not given into our product tab, So our purchase user doesn't have those rights to go and add the supplier into product and then after create a Quotation, we have to make the system easy to use.
And final things OpenERP is a easy to customize as you provide a patch which is working fine also. So you can use it at your end.

As per my "opinion" this restriction should not be allow to generic way. So before implementing this we need to take the suggestions form Community. That's why I am setting this as an "Opinion".
