[Sales] UoM keeps resetting to default value in Order Line form

Bug Description
1. In the Sales settings, check " Allow different Units of Measure..."
2. Go to sales => quotations => create a quotation, select a custommer and add a line
3. in the Sale Order line, select product = service, and try to change the quantity from hours to days
===> keeps resetting to default value (Hours)
