Bug Description
When checking "All day" in a calendar event, starting time is set to 01:00.
- Visually, the event is displayed on two days.

Hello,
This is not a bug, It is a timezone problem. When you set a timezone that time it work properly but by default it take UTC timezone. When browser timezone and selected timezone are same that time it work fine.
Thanks..!
