Bug Description
Hello,
Approved expense notes should not be modifiable.
How to reproduce:
1. 6.1 or trunk with expense module
2. as demo user, create an expense note and submit it
3. as admin, approve it
4. the demo user can still change the date, description, etc
Expected result: when an expense is submitted it should not be modifiable by the employee (similar to what is done with timesheets).
