[6.1.1] Survey question descriptive text limit

I wish to use the HR employee appraisal functionality of OpenERP. I was using the installed template as a guide and modifying it to suit our process and organisation.

The Survey question 'At the conclusion of the appraisal time period' installed by default is 919 characters long.

When I go to Tools>Surveys>Define Surveys>Surveys to update the default Question text I am limited by 255 characters of the Descriptive Text field (descriptive_text).

I would like to be able to add text strings beyond 255 characters in the same way the default text is in the field (see attached screenshot).
