[6.1] wrong date with recurrent meeting

Bug Description
When creating a recurrent meeting within a CEST timezone the date are stored 'UTC timezone' and it show correct on the calendar.
Except when you go to a month in CET timezone (winter time) it shows a wrong date on the calendar.

I have checked this issue with 6.1 as well as trunk.But I did not faced any
problem as you mention in bug report.So would you please provide
detail information regarding this issue.
